OK, its time to put this thing into perspective. Yes, drone pilots deserve their own medal. Should it outrank the Purple Heart or Bronze Star … of course not. Keep in mind these guys do “play video games” for a living but they also press the button that takes a lfe when called for … no small thing. Yes there is stress related to their job. However, they remain safe no matter what. They are not being shot at or have boots on the ground enduring alll the stress that brings to the table.
