Its kind of like, “Don’t spit in the wind!” I saw a WWII submarine movie over the Memorial Day weekend and in it there was a guy dumping garbage overboard … of course they were surfaced. So my brain engaged and I came up with this one.

“Because I said so” is apparently not a good enough reason to do something anymore. So to avoid appearances of political incorrectness, NCOs are allowing lower ranks to participate in decision making. We’ll see how this works out in later cartoons.
