Our poor GIs don&#8217;t have much chance these days for a nice, long accompanied tour with their families. With all the rotations back and forth &#8220;down range&#8221; (Iraq and Afghanistan), the nice 2-3 year tour with your family in Hawaii is a thing of the past.
