Sad days at the INCOMING HQ. There will be no cartoons until next Friday. Sad to say my wife has passed after a long, brave fight with that ugly disease, cancer. I will be taking the week off to honor her and make final arrangements. I know you will understand, thank you.

I am so sorry to see this. May Perpetual Light shine upon her and God comfort you in this time. Both my wife and I have had to fight cancer, it makes the world a small place indeed. I hope someday that the docs will find a cure so we no longer have to deal with this kind of tragedy. My thoughts and prayers for you sir.
You will never get over it, however, over time the pain will become less.
One day you two will be united, in the time between now and then, God is apparently not done with your work here on earth.
