How many times have we heard that when we were in the service? How about. “Don’t call me sir, I work for a living!” All NCO’s … sargeants and chiefs alike, do not like to be referred to as “sir” … it just rubs them wrong.

I never had that problem, I was only a 3 stripe buck sargeant and no one ever called me sir! Have a great weekend.
